St. Joseph Festivity (Marettimo and Salemi)
the celebration dedicated to St. Joseph starts on the 18th March, a characteristic of this festivity is the setting up of votive altars and the preparation of a particular kind of bread to celebrate St Joseph day.

April
Mysteries Procession
It is a group of 20 artistic portraits of the Passion and Death of Christ, which has been representing for 400 years. The procession takes place in Trapani historical centre, on the Good Friday at 14.00 o'clock and it continues for almost 24 hours, till Saturday. It is the longest Italian religious event and it is also among the oldest one. The sacred groups of the Misteri go around for most part of the city streets, among the spectacular lights, sounds, colours and emotions.
Another characteristic procession is represented in Marsala on the Holy Thursday.

The “Mattanza” (Tuna – fidhing show)
The “Mattanza” is an ancient tradition. Tuna Fishing is a traditional show gave birth in the Arabian period. During the Tuna fishing the fishermen still evoke the expressions and the traditional songs of that period.

The Week dedicated to the Medieval and the Renaissance music (Erice)
A week dedicated to concert and manifestation, setting up the Medieval and Renaisaance music. Naturally Erice, is the perfect set for this international festival.

Cous Cous Fest (San Vito Lo Capo)
It is an international festival of mediterranean cuisine, one week dedicated to the mediterranean culture, represented with musical show, meetings, where is possible to taste typical mediterranean food.

Rapresentation of Christ's Nativity in Custonaci
In december is played the Christ's Nativity In the prehistoric cave of Scurati, in a scenography, that reproduce all the ancient activities, in a XVII century setting.
